MONEY-BACK POLICY
1. General Rules
1.1 This Refund Policy applies only if access to LumenX - Human Design (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) was purchased directly on the website available at https://quiz.lumenx.app (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). Any features of the Service (subscriptions, additional items) purchased via an app store are subject to the refund policies of the respective app store. In such cases, you must contact the app store’s support to request a refund.
1.2 By using the Service on any device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, or other device, hereinafter collectively referred to as “Device”), you, as a user of the Service, confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this Refund Policy and any other applicable laws.
1.3 We may amend this Refund Policy at any time without notice. Changes become effective upon being posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Service will be considered acceptance of the revised Refund Policy. If you do not agree with this Refund Policy, please do not use the Service.
1.4 Through the Website, you can purchase access to paid content (as defined in the Terms of Use of the Service) using available payment methods. The available payment methods depend on your country and region.
1.5 The cost of purchase (either a one-time payment or subscription) is displayed on the respective checkout screen in the Service.
1.6 Access to the Content is granted immediately after your transaction (one-time payment or subscription) is successfully validated by our servers.
1.7 For payment processing, we use third-party services (e.g., payment processors). These services enable you to complete the transaction and notify us of its completion. We do not store or collect your payment card details; they are provided directly to our payment processors.
1.8 Subscriptions offered on the Website are a regular billing-based service. Please pay attention to the subscription duration and cost to know when and how much will be charged. We may also offer alternative purchase options such as “Lifetime Access” or “One-Time Purchase.” These offers will be explicitly labeled.

2. Money-Back Guarantee
2.1 You agree that the purchase is final, and no refunds will be issued for completed transactions. However, you may be eligible for a refund of a one-time payment or the last subscription payment in the following cases:
2.1.1 Lack of visible results
If you did not achieve visible results despite following the Content recommendations and meet all the following conditions:
  • You contacted us within 30 days from the date of the initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period; and
  • You used our app: (i) for at least 7 consecutive days within the first 30 days after purchase (for monthly and longer subscription periods); (ii) for at least 5 consecutive days within the first 28 days after purchase (for 4-week subscription periods); or (iii) for at least 3 consecutive days within the first 7 days after purchase (for weekly or biweekly subscription periods); and
  • You can provide proof of app usage.
2.1.2 Technical issues
Technical issues may include severe crashes, inability to launch the app, unclickable buttons, or other problems that render the Service unusable. Minor technical issues caused by, for example, app updates, are not grounds for a refund.
To determine your eligibility for a refund, we may request the following information:
  • Your device model, operating system, and version.
  • Steps you took when encountering the issue.
  • Screenshots or screen recordings illustrating the problem.
  • Any additional information to help us identify the issue.
We will review your request and notify you (via email or other means) if it has been approved.
Important Note:
Please note that fulfilling the above conditions is the only way to receive a full voluntary refund under the "Money-Back Guarantee." For clarity, the "Money-Back Guarantee" does not apply to the following cases:
  • Personal reasons (e.g., you did not like the product or it did not meet your expectations).
  • Financial reasons (e.g., you were unaware of charges, trial conversion into a subscription, automatic renewals, or that services are paid).

3. General Refund Rules
3.1 Generally, if you do not meet the conditions outlined above, fees you have paid are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated herein or required by applicable law.
3.2 For residents of certain U.S. states: If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel the purchase before midnight of the third business day after the purchase date, we will refund your payment.
3.3 For EU residents: If you reside in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement for the purchase of digital content without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days of the agreement’s conclusion. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the agreement's performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your withdrawal right. You expressly agree to the immediate performance of the agreement and acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right once our servers validate your purchase and the content is successfully delivered to you.
3.4 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal: If you have not lost your withdrawal right, the withdrawal period ends 14 days after the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us at support@lumenx.app of your decision. To meet the deadline, send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.
3.5 Access to the Service is suspended immediately after your refund request is approved and processed.
3.6 All refunds are calculated based on the actual purchase price at the time of the transaction.
3.7 Refunds are not provided for issues related to your device (e.g., hardware malfunction or internet connectivity problems).
3.8 We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee for processing a refund request.
3.9 For App Store users:
If we receive a refund request for an in-app purchase from a user, we reserve the right to provide Apple with information regarding the user's in-app purchase consumption. This includes the following data: time since the install, total app usage time, anonymous account identifier, whether the in-app purchase being refunded was fully consumed, whether the in-app purchase came with a trial period or not, the total amount spent, and the total amount refunded.

4. Subscription Cancellation Rules
4.1 The subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it.
4.2 To cancel your subscription, use one of the following methods:

4.3 Deleting your account or app does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions must be canceled using the methods specified above.

5. Important Privacy Information
When accessing our service, we automatically collect the following data from your device: language settings, IP address, time zone, device type and model, device settings, operating system, internet provider, mobile carrier, hardware ID, Facebook ID, and other unique identifiers (e.g., IDFA and AAID). This data is necessary for providing the service, analyzing user interactions, and evaluating advertising effectiveness.
To improve the product and serve ads, we use third-party solutions, such as Amazon, Snapchat, Facebook, Google, Hotjar, Amplitude, Firebase, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok. This means some data is stored and processed on their servers. This allows us to:
  • Analyze user interactions (e.g., which products users viewed).
  • Serve ads (targeted to specific user groups, such as subscribers).
